#ATHENA: migrant women challenges discussed in work groups
2021 09 13

Summer holidays weren’t a reason to make a pause in professional communication, especially when it comes to immigrant women in business. Immigration does not stop to be anissue of discussions over all Europe. This summer project ATHENA partners were gathering their work groups to talk over migrant women challenges and issues they face starting their own business and becoming independent.

In  Lithuanian work group of the project #ATHENA meeting organized by Siauliai Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Crafts was very involving and informative. The project aims, research on motivations, needs, expectations and criticalities encountered by #female #migrant#entrepreneurs or who aspire to be entrepreneurs, best practices were presented. Insights and problems were discussed. This was a step to a new business support service to be developed in #Lithuania and six project partner countries.
