Connecting European Chambers

On 28 and 29 June in Brussels the Association of European Chambers of Commerce - EUROCHAMBRES has organized event "Connecting European Chambers - sharing local and regional possibilities related to EU funds and more...". Representative Siauliai Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Crafts Daiva Jonuskiene accompanied by colleagues from other Lithuanian Chambers Angelija Zokaitiene (Panevezys CCIC) and Andrius Verbyla (Kaunas CCIC) have participated in the initiative that took place at the European Committee of Regions.The 2021 - 2027 draft budget of the European Union focusing on changes affecting funds for encouraging entrepreneurship, innovation, skills and etc. was presented and discussed in the event which brought together about 150 representatives of European chambers of commerce and industry. 

The EU Member States have presented a number of experiences at European level, successfully completed projects related to digitalization, circular economy and innovation. Good practices of project management in chambers were presented as well.The event was an opportunity to discuss potential partnerships on projects and calls available to Lithuanian chambers at this stage within Eurochambres, perfect networking with other chambers.
