No hurry to build own business. These findings are made available to the analysis of the data: at an average there 14 companies per 1000 inhabitants in Siauliai region, while other EU countries - about 50-60. Business development in ourregion stops not only the tax burden on businesses,lack of the financial sources for initial capital and corporate finance activities, but also lack of the motivation to build a business.Therefore, Siauliai Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Crafts offered Ministry of Economy to use skills and capabilities of associated business structures in public services business development.
In order to help those who are wishing to start their own business, and companies that foster expectations not limit to their narrow market,Siauliai Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Crafts has developed the project "Information and knowledge-based entrepreneurship promotion in Siauliai”.
Ministry of Economy, a national support made it possible for all companies (not just members of the House) concessional terms to public services for business. Small and medium businesses, individuals intending to start a business, had the opportunity to consult start-up issues and free access to other specialized Siauliai Chamber of Commerce,Industry and Crafts services which other institutions is Siauliai do not provides (get information on the Lithuanian and foreign business proposals exhibitions and fairs abroad, helping to find business partners, foreign trade services and options, etc.) to participate in training activities. The project is carried out in Siauliai Chamber of Commerce Industry and Crafts from 2009. January 1st. till June 30th.
The necessity and urgency of the business information, counseling and training services, to business community in the city of Siauliai shows numerous individuals whoused the service. The project involved training period of about 30 individuals and more than 80 small business employees.The training was conducted by qualified professionals, consultants. Providing business information services by e-mail,telephone and directtly, responsed to requests for more than 200 foreign business offers, the export of goods, and other business issues. Equally popular and consulting services.More than 90 hours of consulting firms for participation in trade fairs, project development and business support of the EU funds, goods and services exports, and other issues. Most relevant service for today's business - assistance in finding business partners and other cooperation opportunities in Lithuania and abroad. During the project, more than three hundred users gain the knowledge and information needed for business development and launch, in preferential conditions improved their skills, expanded their knowledge and competencies. The project is supported by the Lithuanian Ministry of Economy with specific growth and competitiveness programs funds.
