Senior Advisors Network

Senior advisors -Best agers network was set in Siauliai (Lithiania) in  2011 being one of the steps of the international project “Best Agers – using the knowledge and experience of professionals in their primes to foster business and skills development in the Baltic Sea Region” within the Program “Baltic Sea Region 2007 – 2013.

Creation of and cooperation between senior advisors networks is one of the focal points of the Best Agers project. The networks’ aim is to match retired or semi-retired executives and professionals with business or organisations seeking expert help or advice.

Who are Best Agers?

“Best Agers” (defined in the project as people aged 55 and older)  are elder professionals who are healthier than ever, well educated and motivated to share  their expertise, skills  and experience by supporting young entrepreneurs and start-up companies.
